Blade Cards

Blade type probe cards offer a rugged, economic solution for probing relatively low density single die. ICT offers a wide selection of standard 4 ½” rectangular or 4” round pc boards, or we can design one to your specifications. Cards are available with metal, ceramic or ceramic stripline blades made to your specifications.

ICT has supplied specialized blade type probe cards for use with Keithley low leakage parametric testers, and we can work with you to design a special blade card to meet your HF requirements.

Ceramic stripline blades used with co-axial cable and HF connectors can operate in test frequencies up to 3 GHz.
